Requirements and Guidelines
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App.
- When using the App, you will not violate any local laws, rules, and regulation.
- You attest that the user information you provide is accurate and not false or misleading.
- You will not use software or technology to manipulate data on the App for personal gains.
- You will not engage in any attempt to harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
- You will use your own personal judgment to not post any content that is inappropriate, disrespectful, or spiteful. Any violations as determined by Ohana may result in the suspension or deletion of your account.
- Ohana reserves the right to remove any content or account that violates these policies at its own discretion.
Your privacy is very important to us. When you use Ohana, you may share information with us. We understand the trust you place in us to keep your information safe, secure, and private.
Information Rights
- We collect a few important details about you including your first and last name, email address, and password. Your name may be visible to other members on the App so that others can easily find you and to build authenticity across the network. Your email address and password will never be shared with others without explicit permission from you.
- It is your responsibility to protect your personal data and maintain the confidentiality of your user information. If your account has been compromised, email us at ohanahqcorp@gmail.com and we can reset your account.
- We may collect information about your activity on the App including usage and engagement. However, Ohana will not share or sell any personal information to third party services.
